Active Config 4.0 Review
Active Config reads, edit and converts INI configuration files. It was built with performance in mind and can handle very big files. Configuration using ini files are the most widely used format. Of course you have other standards coming like XML, but they take too many resources and they are misunderstood by non-technical people. This is why using a simple text file with group definition and fields can be a good solution.
