The server has a built in import engine that can read thousands of intervals a second in ASCII files. We uploaded a year's worth of h/l/o/c stock data in one hour on a cheap box. Commodity Server uses 64 bit file math to allow for genuinely huge datasets. Store tens of thousands of profiles.
