Digital image processing, analysis, and manipulation; elementary computer vision. Pixcavator provides new image analysis capabilities to scientists and researchers. With a single click you can capture the contours of all objects in the image and produce a spreadsheet with each objects locations and measurements. You can mark objects in the spreadsheet to highlight objects in the image, or vice versa and then extract or remove objects from the image to simplify, enhance or manipulate the image. This represents a new image manipulation tool for professional and amateur photographers.
What's New: In version 2.3, the objects in the image are captured with contours in addition to squares. The user can now mark the objects by clicking on them. These objects can be removed from the image or saved in separate files.
