SmartBroker Pro identifies stock opportunities, by incorporating market trends, and reporting which stocks are about to fall, and which are about to rise BEFORE they move. The software is also process/companion oriented with pop-up reminders, messages, quick web-link access and loaded with tips and warnings to help the trader keep a tight and well discipline trading process. SmartBroker Pro can track over 30,000 stocks, which is currently more than is reported. Users will need end-of-day quotes from a quote provider service. Many services provide quote files for free including EODData. Users can also subscribe to a flat-rate account such as Prophet Financial Systems, Inc. which provides the data file for ~ $19.95/month (unlimited access).
Users can download quote files with any ftp capable browser (Netscape, AOL, Internet Explorer, etc...). Or, can also use practically any exported ASCII text quote file from other software packages (see list of data sources - SmartBroker Pro web-page).
