The tracking features built into VisNetic MailFlow provide supervisors the ability to view all messages, as well as the complete history of each message, to allow them to streamline and constantly improve contact. The versatile search feature allows for the rapid retrieval of any message or messages with common search parameters. Standard response libraries help companies deliver consistent messages to all customers. VisNetic MailFlow also provides the ability to alert administrators when messages remain unanswered for a specified amount of time.
